NW LEISURE is run by Neale Willetts, with over 18years experience in the leisure industry both private and public sectors. Staring out his leisure career as a gym instructor in a busy private hotel based leisure club in Birmingham. Neale progressed through the ranks and eventually ran a few hotel based leisure clubs in the midlands for a consultancy firm. Neale developed his knowledge training especially with health and safety and NVQ’s. Over these initial years he travelled the country helping set up new clubs for the consultancy firm.

Neale then progressed into public sector management, this is where he again further developed his skills for training and course delivery in a wide range of leisure based topics.

More recently he worked for a local training provider heading up the sports and recreation department, developing NVQ training and running courses in and around Hereford and Worcester.

Now running his own business offering wide range skills to the industry.
